Shipping and Returns
Shipping is done with Canada Post within 3 business days after you place an order. Custom orders can take up to 3 to 6 weeks to ship depending on the availability of material.
Authorized Returns Only. You will be required to supply a written reason as to why you are requesting a refund. There is a restocking charge of 30% on all returns. Authorized return items must be returned in its original condition, and properly re-packaged (in its own original packaging if possible) for a safe return. Customer pays for all shipping fees encountered when making a refund. Returning items must be received by IndigenEast within 21 calendar days of your original receipt date. No credit refund (via the method of original payment) will occur until the item is received in original condition by IndigenEast. DAMAGED GOODS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGEs: If you have any issues with your order, please contact Tara and she will work with you to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Damaged Goods: Always inspect your unopened package for damage before you open it. If the box is damaged, take photos of the box damage before you attempt to open it. I will require photos of damaged boxes and products.
