Shipping is done with Canada Post within 3 business days after you place an order. Custom orders can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to ship depending on the availability of material.
Custom-made pieces are not returnable unless I have made an error in your order. All work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. PLEASE follow washing instructions.
