• * Numerous research positions with Dalhousie University, Carleton University, Wilfred Laurier, St. Thomas University

* Supported the development of child protection standards and child wellbeing law for Tobique First Nation. 

* Capacity as a subject matter expert to assist Tobique First Nation with the funding agreement to jurisdiction concerning child welfare* Development of the first indigenous court worker program for the province of New Brunsdwick. 

* Led the development of the indigenous circle hearing process at the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers.

* Participated in developing the cultural competency training mandatory for all social workers of the province of NB. 

* Research and community engagement coordinator with the psychiatry department at Dalhousie University (Canadian Research Institute on Substance Misuse), to ensure that cultural and ethical protocols are met with the first nation communities on substance misuse. 

* Developed a holistic Intake assessment tool for Jordan’s Principle 

* Developed and delivered trauma-informed training for Jordan’s Principle staff

* Experience with webinars for the Canadian Association of Social Workers

* Presented nationally on Indigenous research methodologies at the  CRISM-OPTIMA Trial National KT Event
